5 Ways to Refresh Life

We all have different routine. It could be routine as a student, a mother, an employee, a blogger, or any other job. No matter what you do in your daily life, there could be the time when you just stuck in a point of feeling bored and kinda need something new, especially during the upcoming exams period! (I often feel this back in high school).

Here are some of my top 5 personal tips of how to refresh life and to gain all the positive energy back into you:

1. Clean Your Room
I do believe that where we spent our time the most will affect our mood and spirit. Clean room affect me so much that it could inspire me to think positive (or at least feel relax)
When I say clean your room, I mean throw away unnecessary stuffs or old things that you don't want anymore. Dig into your wardrobe, drawers or other containers where you usually keep your goods, empty them and then put back all the things that you still want to keep. Make sure to keep those things organised. 
Don't forget to sweep and mop the floor, spray nice room-spray or lit up aromatherapy candles! 
If it's not enough for you, re-decorate your room. Experiment of how you want to spice up your room by changing the furniture position, bed sheets, wallpapers or try make DIY Room Decoration.
This method is the best and the first thing I do every time I need some refreshment in life.

2. Clean Your Gadget
Clean your gadgets, like phone or laptops, 'externally & internally'. Externally, it means change your old phone screen protector, wipe up the oily screen or change the case into the cute ones. Internally, delete all unimportant messages, pictures, screenshots, apps or those heart-breaker phone number. Organise your folders in your PC or laptops will help too.

3. Don't forget yourself
Of course!! Don't forget to clean and take care of yourself (externally & internally as well). Externally: Do creambath, manicure, pedicure, or body scrubs. You can do this in a salon or do it yourself at home (I will make another post of how I do my body-care at home!!) 
Internally: Pray, learn yoga and meditate. Stay focus and relax is the key to succeed in this step. This is necessary to clear up your mind and throw all the negative thoughts. 
Even a simple deep 'Breathe in, breathe out' will also help! 

4. Try Something New
This is my favourite tips because I can explore more about what I'm passionate of, plus, it will reduce the boredom in my life. What I do is, to try new classes in the gym (I'm in celebrity fitness) that I've never done before, learn some dance routines from Matt Steffanina in my room (shameless fact of me), try new recipes, try new restaurants or cafes. And I love to do these things alone. I just think that it helps me into giving extra time for myself to think clearly and to be relax.
The point is, just do something that you've never done before (make sure it's a positive activity). You can try extreme sports, join a community in your city, or make a blog (just like me hahaha)
I know this point will not be effective enough for you who are struggling with school projects and exams but don't worry. Take some times in the weekend to do this! I am sure it will be okay :)

Oh, and travel to another city or country will also be helpful (well, I don't travel a lot and yeahhhh, I need it too!!)

5. Write Down Your Plan 
During stress period, every plan or duty seems kinda tangled and that's why listing them are beneficial. Personally, it's a hard thing to maintain this as a routine. That's why I only use my planner during the hectic stressing time #lol 
But, yeah, listing down everything helps you to be more organised. Cross out the things you have done or achieved. It helps you to see clearly what you are going through and will motivate you to do another task or achieve another target. It will be better if you organise them into daily-list to have a more detailed plan. 

Well, there are more other things I like to do during stressing times and these are the top 5!! I always do these 5 points first before doing anything else. Which is your favourites??
